Casetrust là "nhãn hiệu chất lượng"

TTCN - Với người tiêu dùng Singapore, “Casetrust” là một nhãn hiệu chất lượng. Có nghĩa chất lượng của sản phẩm, dịch vụ hay cửa hàng, cơ sở... Có “chứng chỉ” Casetrust cũng có nghĩa là được Hiệp hội Người tiêu dùng Singapore (Consumers Association of Singapore, viết tắt là Case) tin tưởng (trust)

Trong thực tế, khi nhìn thấy nhãn hiệu “Casetrust”, người tiêu dùng có thể yên tâm rằng chất lượng ở đây đảm bảo, rằng sau này khi gặp trục trặc gì còn có thể quay lại nói chuyện “phải quấy”.

Chính vì vậy, cơ sở để được công nhận nhãn hiệu này phải hội đủ các điều kiện mà Case đưa ra. Về phía doanh nghiệp, khi tham gia chương trình Casetrust đương nhiên được thừa nhận chất lượng đảm bảo và điều này được công bố, quảng bá...

Có hai mức độ tin cậy: mức “vàng” (Casetrust gold) và mức “chuẩn căn bản” (Casetrust basic) Cho đến nay, tại Singapore mới có ba siêu thị của các tập đoàn John Little Pte Ltd, Robinson &Co (S) Pte Ltd, Marks and Spencer và một tiệm nữ trang là đạt chuẩn “vàng”, còn thì “chuẩn căn bản”. Nói như thế có nghĩa “chuẩn căn bản” cũng đủ để yên tâm không bị lừa mất tiền rồi. Đây chính là ý nghĩa của Casetrust.

Casetrust trong giáo dục cũng có nghĩa là bảo đảm. Đầu tiên là bảo đảm sinh viên không bị lừa mất học phí. Nói về trường tư thì ở đâu cũng có tình trạng dạy học vẫn cứ dạy học, kinh doanh vẫn cứ là kinh doanh, có khi lời bộn, có khi lỗ phải sập tiệm. Trường hợp bị “phá sản”, các ông chủ trường ưa “chạy làng” (ở TP.HCM đã có trường hợp một trung tâm ngoại ngữ sau một đêm “biến” mất khiến học viên không biết đòi tiền học phí đã đóng nhưng chưa học ở đâu).

Ở Singapore cũng đã xảy ra tình trạng tương tự. Chính vì vậy chương trình Casetrust đã buộc các trường từ nay phải rõ ràng trong vấn đề học phí. Sinh viên yên tâm vì học phí họ đóng sẽ được giám sát bởi ngân hàng do Case chỉ định. Các ngân hàng này chỉ tháo khoán khi trường đạt yêu cầu. Học phí còn được bảo đảm bởi hình thức bảo hiểm.

Nôm na mà nói nghĩa là trong mọi trường hợp, nhà trường không thể “giật tiền” sinh viên được. Không dừng ở đó, Casetrust trong giáo dục còn là đảm bảo chất lượng giảng dạy. Nhà trường phải đáp ứng những tiêu chuẩn rõ rệt như tỉ lệ sinh viên/ giáo viên, trình độ giáo viên, sĩ số/ lớp...

Casetrust đơn giản là như thế. Đã có 140 trường tư đạt chuẩn Casetrust, 69 trường còn đang được kiểm định. Trường hợp Trường AIT là do trường này bỏ cuộc, không tham gia. Số sinh viên VN theo học AIT khoảng 30 người, chiếm 4% tổng số sinh viên. Các tin tức mới nhất cho biết 97% tổng số sinh viên quốc tế, 925 người, đã hoàn tất chuyển sang trường khác, học phí không mất, không tốn kém gì. Trong tương lai nếu có trường nào bỏ cuộc, thủ tục chuyển sinh viên cũng sẽ đương nhiên được tiến hành, không có gì phải ầm ĩ.
